CONFERENCE POLICY INFORMATION
Health and Safety Protocol
The Ray of Hope Christian Church is committed to following all recommended health and CDC guidelines for personal safety. Attendees will be notified of specific measures as we get closer to the event.
Conference Attire
Casual, comfortable attire is recommended. Please dress appropriately during the worship service. Conference colors are denim with color of your choice and bling! Feel free to wear these colors during the conference if you like.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
The Women’s Conference registrations are non-refundable upon purchase, but fully transferrable to a substitute registrant. To transfer your conference registration, please send a written request to tsumter@rayofhope.org no later than, Monday, April 1, 2024 with the name of the person that you would like to transfer your registration to. NOTE: One registration can only be transferred to one person.
No Show Policy
Conference fees and materials are forfeited for all “No Show” registrants.
Photography
Photographs submitted or taken at the Ray of Hope Christian Church (ROHCC) Women’s Conference may be used in print, media or website publications without notice or compensation to attendees. By attending the Ray of Hope Christian Church Women’s Conference, you permit ROHCC to use photographs taken of you for such purposes.
Other Information
- This is an adult conference. No childcare services are available.
- Please notify the conference team of any physical challenges you may have so that we may accommodate you.
- Please notify the conference team of any dietary restrictions by April 1, 2024 via email at rohccdodministry@gmail.com
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS/INFORMATION
* NOTE: Attendees are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
Hotel Rates and Reservation Procedures
JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District Group Rates are:
General Standard – $309 per night (plus tax)
Double Queen – $359 per night (plus tax)
- Rates are based on single/double occupancy.
- One rollaway bed per room is available upon request at $25 per night.
- You may call to make your reservations at the JW Marriott Savannah via phone at 1-800-228-9290. The hotel reservation deadline is April 15, 2024.
- A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. The credit card will be charged for one night’s deposit at time of booking. You must specify the room type you are requesting when making reservation.
- When making your reservation you must mention that you are an attendee of the Ray of Hope 2024 Women’s Conference to obtain the group rate.
- Hotel accommodations and payments are the responsibility of individual attendees and will be paid directly to the hotel.
- A full refund of an individual room deposit will be forfeited unless cancellation is received (3) days prior to arrival. To avoid cancellation penalties, cancel prior to 12:00 a.m. three days prior to arrival.
- Ray of Hope Christian Church will not assume responsibility for attendee’s hotel payments. April 15, 2024 is the deadline to receive group conference prices for your hotel room (based on availability).
- The hotel is a smoke free hotel, including all public areas, meeting and banquet facilities and guestrooms. The hotel will post a $250 cleaning fee to your account if you are suspected of smoking in a room in the hotel or a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in a suite at the hotel.
- A $36 destination fee will be applied to the room each night. The destination fee includes the following:
- $36 daily food and beverage credit to any of the (14) restaurants on property

When Women Walk by Faith
What if the next big step God wants you to take is actually small? Stepping into the assignments the Lord has for us and pursuing the dreams He’s placed in our hearts can feel overwhelming and exhilarating all at the same time. Trusting God will take you to amazing places, but walking in His will begins with our daily obedience to God. Be prepared for God to use your small steps of faith to unleash His work and wonder in your life. No matter what God has called you to – all you have to do is take the first step.
